Isaac Klipstein is an Associate at Tesser Grossman. He previously served as an Attorney Advisor and Honors Fellow at the U.S. Copyright Office, where he administered federal rulemaking and regulation, advised federal agencies, and contributed to policy studies concerning copyright law and artificial intelligence.
Isaac received his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School with a concentration in Intellectual Property. His work at previous firms provided exposure to criminal defense, immigration, and new media law. He interned at the Appellate Division of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, represented clients as a student attorney with a Community Legal Clinic, and wrote about music and interactive entertainment for multiple legal publications.
In his free time, Isaac enjoys hiking, chess, music production, and playing with his precocious beagle, Moxie.
